Siren Asylum
Alternative fitness for women and women-aligned people who want to feel powerful
A body-positive, LGBTQ+ inclusive alternative fitness studio for women and women-aligned people, with pole, aerial, dance and strength classes.
Siren Asylum is for anyone who connects with a women-aligned space and wants fitness to feel supportive rather than intimidating. The Salford studio welcomes women, including trans women, as well as women-aligned non-binary and gender-nonconforming people, leaving each person to decide whether the space feels right for them. Its timetable mixes pole fitness, aerial arts, dance, yoga, weights and functional gym classes in a body-positive environment centred on confidence, community and moving without judgement.
