Pole-curious but not sure where to begin? GFFDamian is Manchester's all-inclusive pole, aerial and dance studio, built around the belief that movement belongs to everybody. Its classes welcome people of every gender, size and experience level, from complete beginners finding their feet to experienced dancers ready for a new challenge. Alongside pole fitness and pole dance, the timetable includes aerial, dance, acro and stretch sessions. Facilities are unisex with private changing areas, and students can opt out of photos and videos.
