She Comes First is a digital midlife and perimenopause education and community project founded by registered practical nurse Amber Venner. Through its Instagram account and website, it shares candid conversations about hormonal changes, identity, desire, relationships, exhaustion and the wider realities of midlife. The project offers perimenopause education, midlife strategy and clarity sessions, alongside workshops, speaking, podcast appearances and women's circles. Its website also describes confidential conversations available face to face or through Zoom, as well as circles and retreats designed to create space for honest, non-judgemental connection.
